We understand what it takes to keep your Picture Day running smooth and efficiently, resulting in a pleasant photo experience for athletes, parents and league coordinators.
Typically, a 10-15 player team can be photographed every 10 minutes with two photographers, one photographs the individual and the other photographer photographs the team.
Depending on the size of your organization, we will place extra photographers and assistants to reflect your needs and to ensure picture day runs smoothly.

Hot Shots Photography photographs action primarily for organizations that use our posed services.
During the games we distribute cards explaining where to go online to view the games. Once games are photographed they are posted within 48 hrs for parents, players, fans, and coaches to view at their leisure.
Photos will be in your own labeled gallery, and can be purchased on-line using a credit card. They will be shipped directly to the purchasers home with in 3-5 days.

Once we get down all the information regarding your organizations needs, we will
then send out order forms, schedule and coach’s instructions to the league’s
picture day coordinator for distribution.
On your scheduled photo day, our staff will answer questions parents may have and ensure your organization a smoothly run picture day.
Pictures arrive approximately in 3 weeks to the league bundled according to team for ease of distribution. League coordinator gives to the coaches and then coach can distribute to their players.

A seasoned professional who is friendly, courteous and energetic; specializes
in working with children, allowing them to open up and feel at ease.
Through her years, she has literally photographed thousands of our youth.
Well aware of what to expect during sessions of large schools and organizations, she will be sure to keep
them running smoothly.
Should sessions require more than herself as the photographer, she recruits only experienced veteran photographers who specialize in working with our youth.
