Hot Shots appreciates your interest as your exclusive tournament photographer. We will photograph: ~ Team photographs (when arranged ahead of time). ~ Action team and individual photos during game play. ~ Onsite viewing and printing of the pictures taken during the game. We will provide: ~ Our services with NO upfront fees. In fact, we donate a percentage of our sales back to the tournament host. ~ Professional photographers and equipment. After the tournament: ~ The photos will be uploaded to our web site within 48 hours. ~ Photos will be in your own labeled gallery, and can be purchased on-line using a credit card and they will be shipped directly to the purchasers home with in 3-5 days.We would agree ahead of time: ~ To put a link to our website from the tournament website. ~ We'll send an advertising email to the tournament host who will then forward over to participating coaches to forward to the players and their families. ~ Allow us to take posed team photographs prior to a game. (optional for team) ~ Allows us to set up our display at or close to the concession stand. ~ Allow us to display professionally printed signs directing attendees to our photo stand. ~ To provides us with exclusive, complimentary field/court access and VIP parking.

After contacting HOT SHOTS, Erin our customer service representative, will discuss with you your organization's photo day needs. We'll send out the schedule and order envelopes to the organizer and coaches. From that point on we handle the rest. Every team will be scheduled to have a photo taken prior to taking the field on Saturday.With the purchase of a Team Magazine Cover you will be automatically entered into a raffle for a FREE Portrait Session. This offer is perfect for the holidays and is valid for one year. It will include a one hour session on location and an 11x14 mounted print.
